Instead of focusing on showing off the scarf, Travis just kept trying to make the horse eat my head. So. Sorry about that.
I've been saving up my Malabrigo Worsted scraps for years (and other people's, when they were kind enough to give 'em to me) in preparation for a grand, rainbow-y project. And here she is.
I do think there's a little Twist in there too.
Good job, Travis.
"I DISAPPROVE!" <-- Giant Horse
Nooo, Giant Horse, I'm sorry I offended you!
Aaaaccck!
Don't worry, I made it out alive just in time for Travis's Urban-Outfitters-Catalog phase.
Rainbow!
Travis has quite a sense of humor, and does a great job with perspective! Cute scarf.
ReplyDeleteLove it! I was gifted my first skein of Malabrigo for Christmas. Not sure what to do with it but I like to pet it as is. :D
ReplyDeleteWhat a cheery scarf. Love your (and Travis') sense of humor. I wonder why the horse disapproves of the scarf? He wants it for himself. may be?
ReplyDeleteHe looked a cantankerous sort of horse, overall ;-)
DeleteI love this!! Now I kind of regret giving all my Malabrigo leftovers to a girl in my knitting group making a scrap blanket!
ReplyDeleteOh well! Guess it's time to buy more Mal. :)
Okay, now I have to start digging through my Mal scraps -- you've inspired me!
ReplyDeleteWow, you have an amazing variety of colors. That is gorgeous! And much thanks for Giant Horse co-modeling with you :-)
