I finally got around to doing what I bought the drum carder for in the first place: scrap batts! I've been saving up roving scraps (which is sort of a silly word since you don't usually have scraps unless you force yourself to set a little aside) and figured it was time to put 'em all together. These are for sale at Twisted, but I hope to do more for etsy soon (but if you really love one, you can call the shop and they can mail it :-) They might make it into the web store too eventually, I'm not sure.) I think I need to wear a dust mask, though... my lungs are still recovering. Ugh.

"Pumpking"

"Stegosaurus Dreamin'"

"The Fresher"

"Elementary"

"Deep" (last one named, I was getting tired at that point)

"Plastic Trollop" (exploding my red sensors apparently.)

"Razzle"

"Retro"

"Scrapplejacks"
And a before shot:

Hooray! It's fun getting to name things again, haha.
oooo, they are so pretty, and i even just spent an entire evening with them...some of them are already spoken for. suddenly everyone at the shop has this new and pressing urge to learn to spin :-)
