Look at all the wristers!

I saw this sort of thing on another designer's blog and though it was a neat idea... hope she doesn't mind ;-)

It is pretty super neat to see everything people have done with this basic little pattern. Hooray!

I've got pictures of my new place to put up as soon as I get around to it... and I just joined Shuttercal (a thing where you post a picture everyday) so I'll probably post the good ones here too. Ha, we'll see how long that lasts. School is pretty much eating my brains/souls/time. Ask me how much knitting I've done in the past week.

No, don't. Sigh.

I can haz internet famous?

Ok, I know one pattern in Knitty (and likely not one of the super trendy popular ones, since they are silly and useless as all hell) does not qualify you for internet famous. But I'm still excited:

Kilter- Pattern Now Available

I was kind of reluctant to publish this one, partially because I wasn't sure where I had written up the pattern (it was on my computer exactly where it should be. Duuuh) and partially because I thought people might find it a bit silly looking. I mean, I like it... it's kind of rasta-meets-slouchy beret-meets-chef. But it is a bit out of the ordinary. In any case, a bunch of people on Ravelry were asking about it so I thought, what the hell. Meet Kilter:

Now available at my etsy shop and on Ravelry:

(The pattern page on Ravelry is here)

(the fine print: Your purchase of this pattern constitutes your agreement to use this pattern only for personal, non-profit use without specific written permission from the designer (just email me!) Items made from this pattern may not be sold without permission, nor may the pattern itself be copied, sold, or distributed in any way. You may print one copy for personal use but may not print multiples to distribute, nor may you share the digital file with others. Thanks guys!)

If you need to contact me with questions, my email address is presentsknits@gmail.com - please email instead of commenting since it's much easier for me to reply that way! Thanks!
